When you contact me
When you contact me, I’ll hold your contact details and any other information you provide with your enquiry for a minimum of three months.

If you tell me you have decided not to engage me following your initial enquiry, I will delete your information six months after my last contact with you.

If you don’t make any further contact following your initial enquiry, I will delete your information twelve months after my last contact with you.

If you become a client I will hold your information for six years after our last contact with you to fulfil my record-keeping obligations. After six years, I will delete your information.
When you become a client
When you become a client, I’ll hold your contact details in order to deliver the services you’ve asked for. I may also ask for further personal information to deliver your services, including but not limited to your name, your email address, phone number and billing/postal address. I may also request further information about your business or organisation in order to deliver the services you’ve asked for.
Data sharing
Whether you become my client or not, I won’t sell your data to third parties.
How I keep your information safe
I’m committed to protecting your personal data from being inappropriately accessed, altered, disclosed or lost. I have electronic security processes in place that protect the information I store about you and your business. My third-party, cloud-based systems are encrypted and protected by the software providers’ security processes.

You can ask me to:
